The Giving Property real estate donation program is a service offered through the nonprofit CARS (Charitable Adult Rides and Services).
CARS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps thousands of nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and Canada increase their fundraising and gain new supporters through vehicle and real estate donation programs.
Since 2003, CARS has returned more than $400 million to our partners. We also reinvest in our community by providing meals and transportation solutions to seniors each year through a program called On the Go.
Our vision is to provide fundraising programs and innovative solutions for community-driven organizations and the world's most impactful nonprofits.
