Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund, an Atlanta-based non-profit organization, is on a mission to help lift the morale, health and wellness of youth and families within underserved communities throughout the United States. We understand that the lift is heavy, and no organization can do it alone. So, we have partnered with Psalms Group, a Christian-based record company. Through this partnership, we are able to access recording artists who can bring God's word in music to our events. We are working very hard to develop similar relationships with local faith-based organizations in cities through-out the United States to produce events in urban communities across America, highlighting one or more of our five (5) initiatives: Women and Men Empowerment, Health Wellness, Entrepreneurship, Education and Parenting.
Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund partners with Giving Property to process real estate donations to benefit Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund and the community we serve. Our program takes any property type (land, homes, commercial) in any location so long as there is equity. Even if you owe back taxes, have a mortgage balance or have deferred maintenance, it's no problem. We will pay off all loans, liens, commissions owed and all closing costs. If you have a real estate asset that is costing you money or not being utilized, donating it is a great way to give back. You may even claim a significant tax deduction!
